Sells business banking services to existing and prospective customers in a centralized call center environment. Receives sales leads via digital channels. Discusses and assesses a wide range of financial needs. Following the bank's ethical standards, recommends and sells services that meet or exceed the customer's needs. Products include but are not limited to business treasury management products. Interfaces with other sales staff and ensures referrals are responded to in a timely manner. May assist other groups during peak times ensuring a commitment to quality customer experiences.
Basic Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent - Four or more years of sales experience, preferably in phone sales environment
Preferred Skills/Experience - Extensive knowledge of retail financial products and services, rates, terms, fees and regulations - Effective selling and referral skills - Proficient PC and keyboard skills - Thorough knowledge of systems and procedures - Proven commitment to high quality customer service - Good time management skills to maximize the number of clients that can be assisted while maintaining a high level of customer service - Ability to identify and resolve/escalate problems - Excellent telephone and interpersonal skills - May be required to obtain specific licenses for the sale of insurance, investment or other licensed products offered through U.S. Bank
