Who You Are:
We are looking for professional, energetic, outgoing LINE COOKS to drive our busiest times- the late late night hours!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail by taking pride in the execution of dishes
  • Keeping a clean and organized BOH station; including cleaning after service
  • Set up workstations in a timely manner to ensure prompt opening of the store
  • Keep product at proper holding temperature
  • Ensure proteins are well-cooked and visually appealing for the customers
  • Pay attention to par levels and communicate with prep and Kitchen Manager about restocking or ordering product
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, griddles and fridges
  • Practice proper food rotation and sanitation practices
  • Breakdown and clean workstations with your team

Requirements

  • Have 3+ years of line experience and prior experience in a similar position
  • Comply to all occupational, health, and safety standards
  • Be comfortable working in a fast paced and high energy environment
  • Flexible schedule (including nights and weekends)
  • Team player with a positive, outgoing attitude
  • Ability to take constructive criticism, learn quickly and constantly improve
  • Must have Food Handler Card (Servsafe) or willing to obtain within the first 30 days of employment

Physical Requirements

The physical demands for this position are seeing, hearing, speaking, reaching, lifting up to 50 pounds, sitting, standing, for 4 to 8 hours, bending, and moving intermittently during working hours. These physical requirements may be accomplished with or without reasonable accommodations.
