You will be an important member of our fast-paced, high-visibility global downstream marketing team. Every day we are working to restore health to patients with aortic disease. We do this by working closely with customers, our global partners and internally to bring solutions to life. In this role you will be responsible for formulating marketing plans for products orproduct lines and execute these plans globally.

In this role you will help define and market the thoracic portfolio's competitive positioning within the aortic space. You will also help lead global product and marketing strategy and programs of emerging thoracic aortic technologies, both organic and inorganic, come through the pipeline. You will be in the driver's seat, deeply involved in leading product launch activities across the globe. This role will also have the opportunity to recommend and lead the downstream global digital marketing strategy and execution if you have expertise in this space.

**A Day in the Life:**

? Develop marketing strategies and tactics to ensure effective product placement relative to market opportunity, working closely with product development for a specific product, brand, or product area over its entire life cycle.

? Determine strategy, positioning and messaging of any new products, especially relative to existing products. Roll out new marketing materials and train geography marketers on positioning and key messages.

? Build global KOL strategy consistent with overall product strategy; interact with global KOLs and other customers to vet and drive global strategies. Provide strategic recommendations back to the SBU based on KOL feedback.

? Create, execute and oversee Medtronic's aortic digital marketing strategy, including website, social media, and online marketing efforts. Monitor performance KPIs for digital marketing activities

? Manage and develop digital strategy monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc analysis reports

? Analyze competition and report back on relevant competitive data

? Formulate and reviews corporate short and long-range plans, goals, and objectives for specific product or product line.

? Determine the profitability and viability of new products or product enhancements.

**Must Have:**

?Bachelor's Degree

?7+ years' experience in a marketing, sales, sales support or technical role (5 years with Advanced Degree) within the healthcare industry

?Project or Program management experience

**Nice to Haves:**


?Product launch experience (US or global)

?Track record of success leading cross-functional teams.

?Strong experience interfacing with physician customers both individually and in working group settings

?Skilled in using Excel, PowerPoint and Word
