Bilingual Chinese speaking registered nurse wanted to provide comprehensive health care to patients directly in their homes in the Asian Community.# Assesses physical and psychosocial needs of the patient.# Determines the needs of the patient and provides clinical interventions based on ongoing assessments and MD orders.# Develops a follow-up care plan with each visit.# Assesses and coordinates multidisciplinary services in the home and/or by case conference.# Assesses individual patient/family learning needs, style and limitations and makes adjustments for the delivery of information.# Assesses clinical findings reporting significant findings to the appropriate physician for intervention and follow-up.# Assessment of need for continuing services. # Must have current professional nursing licensure in the state of Massachusetts.# A minimum of one year of acute medical/surgical nursing experience is required.# Two or three years of acute medical/surgical experience and/or community health experience preferred.# Must have a driver#s license and current CPR certification.
