Your tasks and responsibilities The primary responsibilities of this role, Director Market Access Strategy-Specialty, are to: Key member of select Specialty brand teams providing key US managed market insights to the brands; Develop a compelling evidence-based payer value proposition framework and core promotional messaging; Lead US Market Access Strategy Team (MAST) to strengthen evidence generation and translation for the payer audience; Interact with account teams to continuously gain customer insights Periodically attend customer meetings; Represent the needs of the US market access environment and ensure global market access plans represent the needs of the US; Leverage market insights to support gross to net assumptions in forecast to maximize product revenue; Identify opportunities to support product commercialization that are aligned with brand strategy, continuously striving for innovation; Develop quarterly business updates to keep Market Access functional teams informed of brand performance and areas of focus; Leveraging expertise from BI, the field and channel marketing, continuously update and inform brand of shifting market dynamics to inform decision making. More specifically related to this position, Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following: Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree; 10+ years related work experience in pharma, biotech industry and/or pharma advertising; 3-5 years managed markets and/or managed market agency experience; Experience conducting market research and/or knowledge of trends in the US healthcare environment; Broad/diverse business background, financial modeling, data/analytics, solid business acumen, understanding of complex flow of dollars within the healthcare system; Marketing and/or pricing and contracting experience; Strong communication and collaboration skills; Key Competencies include Collaborates, Cultivates Innovation, Customer Focus, Courage and Instills Trust.Salary Range: NAMinimum Qualification11 - 15 years
